DESCRIPTION:
EPW - Leroy (marked to dial only), Paris, digital display with jump hours and very thin profile, 47mm, silver and yellow metal (with appearance of gold, but rapid fade of 10K solution on stone suggesting content is at best low karat gold) OF case, engine turned rear with apertures for winding and setting, engine turned silver dial, KWKS, cylinder escapement, 6J, gilt mvt, no visible s#. An intriguing and remarkably elegant digital watch with very thin front to rear profile of only 7.1mm with crystal included.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, good gilt tone, some marring and rub to area adjacent fourth wheel arbor, some mild fine to micro-fine scratches; body of dial nearly flawless in visible portion with few negligible micro-fine scratches and minimal contact marks; visible portion of jump hour disk nearly flawless, visible portion of minute disk excellent though with some toning between 45 and 60; case shows hardly any wear, an attractive patina to silver rear, superb crisp engine turning detail, winding apertures somewhat crudely executed as viewed from inner surface of lid; bow pivots semi-freely; good glass crystal.
